What a blessed weekend we had at the Ridley's. John and Haley brought their small group over for a community service project for the weekend. Having 15 college young adults staying over night Friday and Saturday night was amazing!!!!
They arrived on Friday night and made pizza bagels, Saturday morning they went off in the rain and helped to clear out the rocks in the lake at Aurora Shores. Their community service helped them to speak with their actions. The people in charge were so impressed with their work and enthusiasm. Then they went off to the dollar store to buy items for the shoe box ministry. The people at the dollar store were so blessed that they gave them a 10% discount!!! Saturday night they went to the restaurant - and blessed more people. The Lord was seen in their lives. After breakfast on Sunday morning they took the shoe boxes to church.
We felt honored to have them for the weekend. Thank you Lord....
